  • Currently studying high ions detected in high-velocity galactic gas in the ultraviolet using data from Hubble STIS and the FUSE satellite; will obtain 28 orbits of Hubble COS data in Fall 2009 to supplement kinematic data and further constrain multiphase properties of gas
