Software

I generally prefer to write programs to do repetitive tasks even if it takes longer than just doing them. I like doing that partly because it allows me to "publish" my results here.

I work with Python and IDL. I prefer python because it's more flexible and free, but there is a LOT of astronomy code written in IDL and I'm stuck with some of that.

Any code I post here is released under the Gnu GPL
