Finishes tour of solar system

Uranus
How big and massive is it?  What is its surface temperature?
What is its appearance?  How far is it tilted over?
Which mission visited it?  What gas gives it its characteristic color?
What is its structure and composition? Know about its rings.

Neptune
How big and massive is it?  What is its surface temperature?
What is its appearance?  How far is it tilted over?
Which mission visited it?  What gas gives it its characteristic color?
What is its structure and composition? Know about its rings.
What is the dark spot?  What causes the clouds?
What is peculiar about Triton?

Pluto
Discovered in 1920 as faint moving starlike object.
Never visited by spacecraft.  Moon Charon discovered in 1978.
Eccentric Orbit, crosses Neptune's orbit. Near perihelion now.
Weak atmosphere at perihelion only. Surface composition icy.
Too close-in for Bode's law. Perhaps runaway moon, not planet.

Comets
Chunks of ice too close to Sun.  Water vapor sublimates off surface.
Limited lifetime.  Come from Oort Cloud in outer solar system.
Know structure including nucleus, coma and tail.

Asteroids
Big chunks of rock. Belt where planet predicted by Bodes law.
Belt never formed planet because of Jupiter's pull?

Meteors
Know difference between meteor and meteorite.

Magnetospheres
What is a magnetosphere?  Which planets have them?
