As discussed in class, I am actively working on writing up the course notes into a textbook. As I complete the rough draft of each chapter, I will make it available here. Please note that these files are copyright protected. They are for your use as a student and are not for further distribution.

The files are in pdf format. These files are created and read by adobe acrobat. You can find a free reader on the internet if you need one.
